Gold Boxes are boxes that normally contain 1,000 crystals. They used to fall whenever the battle fund was 700, Ever since Update 1.78.0, they can now appear in a battle that has any fund size. The probability of a gold box drop is 1 in 7000. You can tell where a gold box is going to drop by the drop zone marked on the ground. There is at least one drop zone on every map.
